- Booking and Confirmation: a. Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. b. Confirmation of services is subject to vehicle availability and payment confirmation.
- Payment: a. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. b. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
- Cancellation and Refund: a. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. b. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Service Hours: a. Our services are available 24/7, including holidays. b. Any changes to the agreed-upon schedule must be communicated in advance.
- Vehicle Types: a. Clients can choose from a range of vehicles based on their preferences and requirements. b. Vehicle models are subject to availability.
- Chauffeurs: a. Our chauffeurs are experienced, professional, and licensed. b. Clients are expected to treat chauffeurs with respect and adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Client Responsibility: a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. b. Any delays or changes in the itinerary must be communicated promptly.
- Vehicle Usage: a. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. b. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by negligence.
- Insurance: a. Our vehicles are insured, and clients are covered during the service. b. Clients are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Force Majeure: a. VIP Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
- Complaints: a. Any complaints or issues with the service should be reported immediately to our customer service. b. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Termination of Service: a. VIP Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate the service if the client violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
- Modification of Terms: a. VIP Chauffeurs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. VIP Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.
